The little engine that could, can, and does! Maui is proving herself to be small yet mighty, and a powerhouse doe. She is so strong across her back and topline, correct in her front end and into her shoulders, she has good rear angulation, a pretty side profile udder with ample height and arch. and another absolute dream to milk by hand and who milks down with very little "flesh" to the udder. Maui might has distracting spots and be a more moderately sized animal, which on some occasions could put her at a disadvantage in the ring. As she matures we see this is less often the case, you just can't deny a good goat when you see one! Maui's impressive mammary system gives us the warm and fuzzies about her future!

Maui would have earned a dry leg in 2021 as a junior but her tattoo was double stamped and could not be awarded, oopsie! In 2022, however, she said "hold my milk jug" and took home two Grand Champion legs, and if that was not enough she went for the two Best in Show wins at that show. In 2022 at Maryland State Maui was 3rd place 2 year old, one doe she stood behind was her much larger and more mature herd mate, Malibu, who went on to be GCH at that fair.

We ideally would like to increase stature and stretch Maui out a little, since that is our personal preference, but we do not want to compromise her beautiful, well attached, productive mammary! We are very excited for the future with her. 

Maui will be bred to +*B SG Lucky*Star's ME Henning (91 EEE) *ELITE* or *B Lucky*Star's RJ Legend in Fall 2023
